Orders placed before 2.30pm on average are made within 24-48 hours
depending on vinyl stocks, and then shipped via your preferred method.
Your Order
It is your responsibility to make sure the order is correct (see returns below).
This means that it is your responsibility to check all spelling, we will not correct spelling as some orders can be spelt incorrectly for a reason.
If ordering a sunstrip with some graphics or text on both the sunstrip and the additional items should appear separately in the basket.
If supplying artwork to us, we cannot accept any responsibility for spelling mistakes and design imperfections, if you are unsure if
your artwork is the correct resolution or format, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. Mistakes are rectified at your expense.
Your Address
We will only ship to the address from which the secure payment was made, this is the address sent to us by your payment company.
It is your responsibility to make sure the address is correct. Lost orders will not be compensated for by either the post office
or Custom-Graphics.co.uk if you have supplied an incorrect address - Check your receipt carefully to make sure the correct address
was supplied and contact us immediately with any mistakes corrected.
VAT
VAT at the current rate is ADDITIONAL
to the total price shown on the checkout page.
Standard Delivery
Delivery is £4.99 for a total order amount below £20.00 and £6.99 for £20.01
upwards -
this is for a courier recorded service so someone will need to sign for the package.
An item is shipped when the item has been made (on average 24-48 hrs)
and includes insurance to cover items up to the value of £50.00
Next Day Delivery
To add next day delivery to an order you need to check the relevant button on the checkout form.
Next day delivery order are shipped when the item has been made (on average 24-48 hrs)
and includes insurance to cover items up to the value of £1000.00
Orders placed with next day delivery are given priority over normal jobs.
Lost parcels
To counter most problems on lost parcels we have now upgraded all deliveries to a courier service and tracing numbers are available .
If your item was sent using a tracked service, such as Special Delivery™ 9.00am or Special Delivery™ Next Day, you can try to track the item using Track & Trace.
If your item still hasn’t arrived after 15 days, it is classified as ‘lost’ and you may be entitled to compensation.
Custom-Graphics.co.uk requests that as the intended recipient you initiate the claim.

Minimum order
OUR MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE IS £10.00 inc VAT -
If your goods are less than this you can
pay the minimum amount or add more items.
Returns
All orders are custom made therefore under Section 3.35 of the DTI Guide for distance selling we are unable to accept returns
unless we have made a mistake from the order you placed. We will only make what you order so it is your responsibility to check all items are correct.
Once and order has been paid for the right to cancel is removed under Section 13(c) of the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
